The Anglesey Marathon will take place on 26 September, alongside a half marathon, 10k, 5k, 5k buggy race and free children's races. The race entry forms will be available at the club soon.
There are places available for the Great North Run on 19 September 2010 through St John's Ambulance, providing a minimum of £350 can be raised. See Pat or Tony for details of how to gain a place in a great running event and also support a great charity.
Mementoes of our Walton 5 Mile 25th Anniversary Race are available from Peter at a cost of £5 each.
If any members are interested in a regular trail running weekend in the Snowdonia National Park, please see Marc Jacques for details.
The Paras are holding a 10 mile endurance race in aid of the charity Help For Heroes, on 12 September at the Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire. |
