Can anyone recommend a local physio I’ve been struggling with a pain behind my knee and up hamstring since mid January. I have a place in the London Marathon and have not been able to train for a couple of weeks as I thought it best to rest but I am now beginning to panic as the training program is slipping and this is my first Marathon.
Help!!
